El número de víctimas por uno de los peores terremotos y sus consecutivas réplicas ayer en el estado de Herat, en el oeste de Afganistán, aumentó este domingo a más de 2.400 muertos y más de 2.000 heridos, mientras equipos y organizaciones humanitarias apuran las tareas de rescate de víctimas.
«Según nueva información, el número de muertos por el terremoto ha aumentado a más de 2.400 y los heridos a más de 2.000», informó a EFE el portavoz del Ministerio de Gestión de Desastres, Mula Janan Sayeq.
